Each rental includes the kayak or paddleboard along with the essential safety gear for your trip. Paddles and adult life jackets are provided for the number of paddlers in your booking. If you require a life jacket outside the standard adult weight range, please bring your own. Children’s life jackets are not provided.

After you book and pay through the link in our email and start your booking, you will see the padlock codes to unlock the kayak and gear.

Your rental starts at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your return time remains the same so the next customer is not affected.

Rental rates vary depending on the equipment and rental duration. You can view all current pricing when you book online through our website.

No prior experience is required, but you should feel comfortable on the water and be able to swim.

All bookings are final, and we are unable to offer cancellations, changes, or refunds. Our online booking system is flexible and allows you to book on the spot, so we encourage you to wait until you are certain of your plans before completing your reservation. However, if your booking is affected by inclement weather or an unexpected event, please reach out to us. A credit in the form of a gift card for rebooking may be issued at our discretion.

You will be charged for late returns, however if there is availability, you can extend the booking through the link in the email.

Rentals are intended for use at the designated launch location. If you are interested in using the equipment elsewhere, please contact us in advance to discuss possible arrangements.
